Questions
- Do I (or my team) have a founder–market fit?
- Is the market already big or growing fast?
- Is this problem painful right now for someone?
- Is there competition that proves demand?
- Do I have real proximity to the users who want this?
- Did something change that makes this newly possible or urgent?
- Are there similar success stories in other markets or verticals?
- Will I still care about this after 2 years of customer calls and bug fixes?
- Can this scale without hiring a small army?
