  4. Is there competition that proves demand?
  5. Do I have real proximity to the users who want this?
  6. Did something change that makes this newly possible or urgent?
  7. Are there similar success stories in other markets or verticals?
  8. Will I still care about this after 2 years of customer calls and bug fixes?
  9. Can this scale without hiring a small army?
